Research

I am interested in fisheries oceanography and climate change.  My current research examines lobster-preying groundfish species along the Northeast coast of the United States.  I am working to develop a predictive model for predator population age-structure, abundances, and geographical distributions under changing water temperatures.

Outreach

I am interested in communicating science to the public.  I contribute to an online blog that summarizes oceanography literature for non-scientists (OceanBites.org).
