Rationale: The logo was designed to have a minimalistic and simple look to it. I also specifically chose the font Serif to have a traditional and elegant look to it because of HSC being a cultural club. I was inspired by companies like google, IBM, and VISA, where there typography designs are just the company name with special fonts and a specific color palette. Therefore, I decided to go with that route. The audience of this typography is for various individuals but only the people who are interested and know a little bit of Hindu culture. The logo would mostly get the attention of the Hindu population because of the cultural symbol in the logo. The colors I chose for the letters are compliant with the color palette and also represent “impact” and “optimism”.
