– The website helps to give a better understanding of what the current applicant is capable of.
– Information can be obtained through a resume but a website shows off creativity. It also allows for better reach to other recruiters who happened to find it through websites such as LinkedIn.

Frustrations:
– Since job recruiters have to go through many applications, having too much or irrelevant information will discourage the recruiter from continuing.
– Bad design such as bad color schemes, fonts, or layout can make information difficult to read.
– Not enough details may cause the individual to look unqualified for the job. However, too much information makes it tedious to read.

Ideal Experience:
– A visually pleasing and functional website.
– Information that is concise, well organized, and relevant.
