• She’s really into sports and used to play soccer growing with her siblings 
• In her free time she’s into game development and she’s the president of the Gaming Club here at Stony Brook University
• Outside of school, she enjoys going to the gym  and going to indie concerts 

Motivation

• She has concerns over logging in to purchase memberships as the app sometimes does not let her purchase guest passes
• She found the website when she wanted to learn more about the rec. However she noticed some pages in the site were outdated and it was hard to find information. 
• The app also crashes whenever she tries to log in and scan into the gym 

Frustrations

• The Rec app and site is the only way that Cassidy can access to purchase memberships, passes, classes and clubs.  By updating the site, there will be a better UI experience 

Their ideal experience

• When Cassidy logs into the site for the campus and recreation center, she sees menu option for hours of operations. She also sees simplified menus that redirect her to what she is seeking for
