The end user for my self promotional website typically has a title of technical recruiter. He or she is likely to have a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent training/experience. He or she may also have additional certifications such as Professional certification in Human Resources. The end user is likely to have a background in game development or has an interest and passion for video games.
He or she is likely to have strong interpersonal skills and experience assessing potential candidates and conducting technical interviews. He or she is also likely to be knowledgeable about their company and has a firm understanding of the needs, values and culture of the company to successfully recruit individuals who would thrive there.
The end user will look for candidates who have had experience creating games and/or using software such as Unity, Stencyl, etc. Ideal candidates will also be open to learning new software and technology.

The end user will look for candidates who have had experience creating websites and/or using HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, React, etc. Ideal candidates will also be open to learning new programming languages.
