Math Club is a student organization at Stony Brook University that promotes interactive math discussions, problem-solving, math show-and-tell, picnics, and talks by mathematicians and non-mathematicians. The math club welcomes all students to join for a discussion of math and different workshops. The stakeholders are mainly math or math-related majors, but all majors are welcomed and to also promote math to different majors at the university. Some services on the current website include past recordings of math talks, a calendar for the schedule of future events, a library of popular math books, and other resources related to math. In addition, the Math Club website has a page dedicated to the AMS Committee which is geared more towards AMS majors. AMS Committee is a subsidiary of the Math Club aimed to provide students with the necessary tools to find outside industry opportunities.
