Persona

The users for the website would likely have a wide age range given how much of an age range there is in the usual customers. However, the majority of the users should be the parents of children that are in elementary or middle school. This puts their age range at around 30s-40s. For the most part, they either speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) or English or both.

From my own observations, there is a pretty even split between Chinese families with stronger ties to Chinese culture and families that either aren’t Chinese or families that are Chinese but hold more Americanized values.

Their education levels are at the very least high school graduate level with sufficient technology literacy to surf the web. There are a few outliers to this but it is only a handful. They do all have at least a smartphone and most have their own computers.

Palette

The first one is created with the triad scheme on color.adobe.com and the second was extracted from their storefront sign. The first one’s base color is the yellow from the logo.
