About the Animation:

I decided to give the animation a pirate treasure feel as an homage to one of my favorite Indie pirate board game called Tortuga. The overall goal of my animation was to depict somewhat of an adventure with the treasure map in the background. Moreover, the board games represent the “treasure”. I chose Monopoly as a traditional boardgame, Settlers of Catan as a well-known Indie boardgame and Exploding Kittens as a party game. This design was created with Google Web Designer and I used an application called TinyTake to capture the screen of what the animation looks like.
