The vision I had for this logo was a clothes hanger that looked like the triangular recycling symbol, and two colored W’s that looked like the collar of a shirt AND it stood for Wolfie’s Wardrobe. It made sense because the clothing is donated and redistributed through the thrift shop. It gives the clothing a second life, just like in recycling. It is also environmentally and budget-friendly. The triangle also makes sense because it is an innovative approach to helping students find new clothes for cheap and making sure that there are fewer textiles in landfills and waste. Sometimes, the organization collaborates with the career center and provides professional attire for students who seek employment.
I showed my client other sketches of different designs, but this is the one she liked the most.
