Back Story:

  • She wanted to create a gender-neutral jewelry brand that is pleasing to the eye of the public.
  • With little to no website development experience, she and her partner would like to create a website that is user-friendly and appealing.
  • She would like it to be aesthetically pleasing and target her local community. Joy hopes to create something elegant and a website that all ages would enjoy.

Motivations:

  • The website is not as user-friendly as they would like it to be and is kind of difficult to navigate.
  • They would like it to be aesthetically pleasing and more refined.
  • They would also like to add more recent products to the website.
  • This website was built when they started the company in order for people to be able to make online orders and have yet to elevate it.

Frustrations:

  • Some consumers have been having trouble checking out.
  • They are reluctant to add new products in an appealing matter.
  • They would like to incorporate short clips and sales when necessary.

Their Ideal Experience:

  • Joy wants something that would capture someone’s eye no matter their age range or gender.
  • She wants the website to be simple and extremely easy to access.
  • The website should have options that big businesses have such as “quick view” and “add to the cart” without clicking on the actual product.
