Backstory:
Tyler is currently a senior undergraduate student attending Stony Brook University. He also takes pride in his Japanese ethnicity as he has always been involved in the Japanese Student Organization (JSO) throughout his undergraduate years. He is currently serving as the President. Coming off of a COVID year, he wants to ensure that the club is well known and comes back to in-person events strong.
Motivations:
Tyler would love to have a website where Stony Brook students can go on to find out all kinds of information about JSO. Whether it be pictures or videos of events they hold, or simple history facts about the club, it would be a great help to get JSO’s name out there with a website.
Frustrations:
While JSO is active on both social media and has a mailing list, Tyler still feels that there is much more that he can do in order to boost JSO to Stony Brook students.
Tyler’s Ideal Experience:
Tyler would love to have a website that can tell its users all about JSO. It would especially be beneficial if the website was modern and easy to navigate/use, in order to have the website’s users also feel good while utilizing the website.
