What is SWE?

SWE stands for the Society of Women Engineers and is a national organization that focuses on advocating and pushing for change for women in engineering & technology. Their mission is to empower women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders and help expand the image of STEM professions while demonstrating the value of diversity & inclusion.
