Back Story:
She is running the Vietnamese Student Association as the Vice President, which requires intense management and a good overall sense of the goals of the organization as well as the health of the members.

Motivations:
Since running the organization, especially maintaining a prevalence in social media, is extremely taxing, it is wise to create a website/service to streamline frequent questions and general information. She was reached out by me with an offer to create a website.

Frustrations:
Some frustrations that stop them from choosing the website include payments they would need to invest. I would be creating this website for free, but they may need to pay for a plan to continue running the website. Another concern that has come up is how they would they continue managing the website in the future when everyone graduates.

Ideal Experience:
They would like to have an easy to look at landing page that gives of a family, yet sophisticated, look. Social media, mission statement, history, events/upcoming event calendar, and a contact page is ideal.
