Color Palette

Above is the color palette that I will use for this project. Since the organization I am working with is Stony Brook Live, I started with Stony Brook Red, a shade of light brown that resembles drum sticks and the neck of the bass, as well as a brass that resembles many of the wind instruments. To continue the palette I chose a color that was opposite on the color wheel form the light brown used. The last color I selected was Stony Brook Dark Grey. I wanted a darker color that was neutral. With the rest of the colors, black was too dark and did not work well with the overall palette. This made me choose a darker grey because it is still a dark and neutral color that will work well with all of the colors in the color palette.
