The font used in all of the Typographies is various types of Hypatia Sans including Hypatia Sans Pro Bold and Hypatia Sans Pro Light. This font was chosen due to it being easy to read and it has subtle embellishes that help make the organization appear more official. Since BURSA is a newly formed club it is important that the Typography clearly states the organization’s name and their main focus (2nd version) and helps demonstrate that this is a real and official club at SBU. Although there were opportunities to alter the text to incorporate Burmese symbolism into the text I felt it was most beneficial to leave the text simple so others are able to easily identify what club this is for being that the club is brand new. The color was chosen to match the logo and shows a sense of professionalism and officiality that will help the club be further recognized by others.
