Title: “Origami Flower”
Synopsis:
Origami is expressing art through paper crafting and folding. Originally Origami consisted of folding a single square piece of paper to make different shapes and sculptures. But now modern day origami uses a variety of paper crafting techniques to create more complex and intricate things. The Origins of origami are seen in China, Japan and Europe.
Objective:
I will show using animation and video how we can make a beautiful pop-up 3D flower using small paper hearts. It basically involves paper hearts being positioned in a circular way to form a flower. The audio will be playing background music and no narration will be needed to understand this video. I will be making the demonstration more creative by showing the paper hearts as flying butterflies.
Target Audience:
My target audience is everyone interested in crafting and origami. But mainly I feel that kids ranging from the ages of 5-12 who enjoy such art demonstrations the most would like this animation video.
