Title: The Little Anxious Penguin

Brief Synopsis: In a colony of penguins, a baby penguin is scared of the water. The parents, brothers, and sisters all urge and push the baby penguin to go into the water. The baby penguin will take glances and dips into the water but will never fully submerge or swim into the water. Penguins are known as the birds of the ocean and even spend up to 75% of their time in the water.

Target Audience (age, other demographic info): The animation is supposed to be a cute comedic skit. The animation is supposed to be a little bit goofy and will be targeted towards little kids. The vibes will be like Cartoon Network.
