Title: “The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum”
Synopsis: The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum was designed by architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The cylindrical structure countered the classical square designs of age-old architecture. It became a center for new and radical abstract art as well, challenging the traditional ways of both art and architecture.
I hope to use graphics, video, audio, and animation to convey the artistic and technical skill used to design such a structure and relate its importance to art history.
Audience: The audience will be high school and undergraduate students, as well as adults interested in art and architecture.
