Through this self-portrait exercise, I am trying to express the idea of being yourself and shining bright. In order to bring out this message , I have decided to use a strong color contrast to make myself stand out from the background. I chose a plain and dull picture as the background. Then, utilizing the double exposure effect, I was able to combine my body with a sparkling galaxy image. Here’s my work:
