Title:
“The Stamp Collector”
Synopsis:
This project tells the story of a young girl who accidentally discovers an old postage stamp and becomes captivated by the art of stamp collecting. As she grows, her collection expands alongside her life experiences—each stamp symbolizing a memory, lesson, or milestone. The narrative follows her journey from a curious child to a reflective elderly woman, whose cherished album of stamps becomes a treasured record of a lifetime of moments.
Objective:
To create a multimedia narrative that intertwines historical postal artifacts, archival images, and personal storytelling to evoke nostalgia and capture the passage of time. Through a combination of digital images, audio narration, and curated visual materials, the project aims to illustrate how a simple object can encapsulate rich personal history and growth.
Audience:
General audience (ages 10 and up), especially those with an interest in hobbies, nostalgia, and personal storytelling.
