Surrealistic Selfie:
I recently found out about NASA’s new pictures of Jupiter. The unbelievably gorgeous mixter of the blue and beige palette, the abstract patterns and swirls, and the high quality texture reminded me of how inspirational the universe is to my work; thus, I decided to represent the way it captured my mind by using masking and ‘screen’ blending method in Photoshop. The selfie was one I took at a museum about Galileo’s work, which I found most appropriate to use. The background image of the stars is by NASA.
