Project Description

Title: “What Can You Speak?” / “Polyglot”
Synopsis: A group of toys from different cultures (fortune cat, matryoshka, etc.) are sitting together on a table and are conversing with each other in their respective languages. Another toy interrupts the conversation by asking them to speak in English, leading to a tense, awkward silence between the group. The video cuts to text saying to be mindful of other languages and cultures, and ends with the new toy getting to learn more about the others.
Target Audience (age, other demographic info): Young children (age 7-10) that are still learning about different cultures

Audio: Dialogue of 3-4 people speaking in different languages. Additional background royalty-free music will be played. A cricket-chirping sound effect will be used as well.

3D Modeling Element: The 3D Modeling will be used to create the toys and allow them to move and shift around, indicating when they are speaking and conveying their varying emotions.
