  • Discussed Brenden’s responsibilities as researcher (~5 minutes)
    • Contacting the other Hope For Youth team’s researcher to share details
    • Compiling information about the client’s organization

    • Currently they use form before and after they take out a car

    • Anything specific they are looking for?
    • What is their IT structure 
      • Do they provide them with computers and what software do they use and OS(Do they use Windows)
      • Computers, iPhones, Laptops, all windows besides iPhones. 
        • They aren’t picky, as long as they use the application remotely. 
        • One person wants on iPhone
        • They google maps the distance from point A to Point B and record that number and mileage in a  spreadsheet or something 
        • Track the money per mile for the mileage. At the moment it is 55 cents. 
    • They use paper forms to track mileage, including map quest(detailed map from point A to point B) for each destination. They don’t have to redo it if they do it over again.
