1. • Currently they use form before and after they take out a car

  • How does one use it?
    • Website → Log hours → monthly report sent to government → reimbursement

  • Anything specific they are looking for?
  • What is their IT structure 
    • Do they provide them with computers and what software do they use and OS(Do they use Windows)
    • Computers, iPhones, Laptops, all windows besides iPhones. 
      • They aren’t picky, as long as they use the application remotely. 
      • One person wants on iPhone
      • They google maps the distance from point A to Point B and record that number and mileage in a  spreadsheet or something 
      • Track the money per mile for the mileage. At the moment it is 55 cents. 
  • They use paper forms to track mileage, including map quest(detailed map from point A to point B) for each destination. They don’t have to redo it if they do it over again. 
  • They will send the current forms to us
