Hello! Great work on this project overall, I enjoyed viewing it for a few reasons. Thematically, I feel as though it was unique to compose a photo set that emulates the three major times of day: Morning, Evening, and Night. Your photos also capture these times of day extremely well by emphasizing elements of these stages of the day that are unique to themselves. For your first image, you have the light flare that emphasizes qualities of morning and sharp rays of light. For the evening, you emphasize the sunset that casts a dark silhouette of the structure that takes of much of the photo. And finally for the night image, you emphasize the lack of light with the subjects in the image that are visible taking up a fragment of the image itself. Very well thought out!

Hi, Mary Clark. I really like your second project, “the subject of light.” I appreciate how you captured the moment of smoke and light in the first photo. And this Tyndall effect gives a very peaceful feeling. I also enjoy the silhouette effect in the second photo and the warm afterglow in the sky. A small suggestion, maybe use the straighten tool in photoshop to correct the sloping columns in the composition If you did not intend this composition. I feel that the atmosphere of the third photo is very immersive even though the shutter speed is a bit slow in the night sense, causing blur. Anyway, this project is very impressive. Wonderful job!

I love your project about light. One image in particular I really liked was the one with the smoke in the sky. The way you were able to capture the light through the smoke is so cool.
