Coffee in Spring Semester, this is a picture I did not take: 

Going to the Vietnamese Student Association’s coffee event alone was a worry of mine, having my friends couldn’t go. But I gathered up my courage and I went alone anyway. Even at the beginning of the event everyone was so welcoming, and I ended up seeing another friend of mine who introduced me to a bunch of other people. The decorations were beautiful, velvet cloth dressed the tables, with lush, lavender lotuses placed on top of them. The iced coffee and thai iced tea was wonderful; strong and sweet, cold and refreshing. The desserts were delicious, adorned in frosting and very soft to bite into. It was a great experience meeting new friends, laughing with them, getting to know each other and bonding. If only I took a picture to capture the memories.
