PART II Landscape and Still Life Photography

My particular theme was starting with a close up of the smaller flowers and plants and then working my way up to larger and larger subjects. First, is the Bird of Paradise, then the small flowers floating atop the pond, then a large bed of purple flowers. The next set of photos are interestingly shaped trees I found from walking around campus. My aim was to note the contrast between the horizontal and the vertical between the plant life cultivated in the greenhouse, which is controlled, and the life found out on campus, so “in the wild”, so to speak and how both end up having their own unique qualities that are difficult to find.
