Nature Still Life

This series is centered around walking around one of my favorite parks. This park is nearby where my partner lives, in Massachusetts. Many willow trees live there, and they are my favorite trees. I love the way they hang, how animalistic they are, and how their texture looks fuzzy from far away. I took these photos at night. Although nighttime photography presents its own challenges and limitations, it is my favorite time to take photos because I tend to have more privacy. When photographing at night, I used artificial light such as street lamps and houses to create some compositions that my camera was able to capture.
