Environmental
Environmental Wellness is:
is the ability to recognize our own responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us. The ability to make a positive impact on the quality of our environment be it our homes, our communities or our planet contributes to our Environmental Wellness.
Environmental Wellness Check:
This is a quick check of your environmental wellness.
- Do I recycle?
- If I see a safety hazard, do I take the steps to fix the problem?
- Do I turn the light off when I leave a room?
- Am I aware of my surroundings at all times?
- Is my room cluttered?
- If I see a piece of trash on the floor, do I pick it up?
If you answered “no” to any of these question, you may need to focus on developing this dimension of wellness.
