The application should be accessible on any device that can connect to the internet or WiFi, including older models of smartphones, computers, laptops, and smartwatches. We want to eliminate any possibility the user is not able to access their daily check-in, so we need to open up options for said user. In the case this user is not able to access the application due to, say, a broken phone, they should be able to relax knowing the app can be opened through other means. The physician should also be able to be linked to the user’s account and monitor progress. If the user forgets to do their check-in, the physician should be able to send them an email or text message to remind them to do it. In the event, the user forgets their phone or laptop at home and they are at the library or the physician’s office, they should be able to access the app through the available computers.
