In order to design the Algorithmic risk analysis application, we have identified below the main persona, designed wire frames, and created a flow chart to help better visualize the requirements for the project. The persona document that has been created identifies the back story, description, and ideal experiences for the Suffolk Response volunteers. Our wire frames contain the main elements and overall design of the pages that will be on the final product for the Algorithmic risk analysis application. Lastly, our flow chart describes the flow of use cases of the application. The application will be developed to be easy and logical to use for the staff of Suffolk Response, as well as being useful in the risk reports that will be generated.

Wire Frames

Login Page

The staff will login to the Algorithmic risk analysis application through this page. Accounts will be made separate from the interface, to allow only staff to access the application.

Home Page

The homepage is where the staff user is redirected after a successful login. The page is separated into two areas. On the left is Suffolk Response Logo as well as company information/ staff information. On the right is a quick overview of risk analysis data from previously generated risk analysis reports for quick reference. The home page is accessible by a clickable company logo on the navbar.

 

Create New Report Page

This is the page, accessible from the navbar that the staff user will utilize to create a new report. The staff user selects if the report is for calls or text transcripts. Then the staff user can upload the transcripts with the file chooser. Lastly there will be additional options fine tuned for specifying other algorithmic options for the risk analysis report. The staff will press the Create New Report button to generate the report.

View Report

This is the view report page that the staff is redirected to once a report has been generated. The user can then generate another report or return to the home page.

View Previous Reports

This is the view previous reports page where previous reports are listed and can be selected to view the individual previous reports (View Report page).

 

Flow Chart

This is the flowchart diagram that illustrates the flow of the application that will be created.
