This workshop will show you how to take videos and screenshots (pictures) of your computer screen using tools you already have on your Mac! We’ll also look at how to share these by pasting into an email, post, or help ticket or uploading to YouTube.

Spinal Cord Injured (SCI) Volunteers Needed for Stony Brook University Study on Non-Invasive Spinal Stimulation

The connections between the brain and spinal cord and muscles enable us to activate our leg muscles for functions such as walking. We are studying these connections in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) people to understand how to help people who have walking problems due to connections damaged by injury or disease.

The study involves visits to Stony Brook University three to five times and will include spinal stimulation. The SCI participants must be 21 years of age or older, has incomplete thoracic injury, and motor/movement below the level of injury. Other eligibility requirements exist and will be discussed during the phone screening. A $100 will be compensated for travel expenses and time provided at completion of third sessions.
