United Parcel Service, Inc.’s Price List has been updated effective November 15, 2021. The following changes
apply:

Virtual Tai Chi for Health

SB Trauma Center’s next series begins the week of Dec 6th. Workshops are free on Zoom, registration required. Classes are offered 2xs/week, 60 mins, for 8 weeks. Principles & movements of Tai Chi help older adults improve balance & reduce fall risk. Tai chi is also helpful for medical conditions including; low bone density, breast cancer side effects, heart disease/failure, hypertension, Parkinson’s disease, sleep problems, & stroke.
