Duo Device Management – You should have Two Devices for Two-Factor Authentication
Always ensure you have two devices registered in your Duo two-factor authentication account. This will help you access your account if you get a new phone, your phone battery dies, or you forget your phone at home. Plan ahead to maintain access to your accounts.

Campus lactation rooms on West, East, South, and Southampton Campus are specifically dedicated for the purpose of offering a comfortable and private space for breast milk expression and nursing on campus, each featuring a hospital-grade electric double breast pump, cleaning and personal care items, comfortable seating, mini-fridge, microwave, and more! The Program in Public Health has extended the deadline to apply!
The Program in Public Health is accepting applications for the Master in Public Health (MPH) and Master of Health Administration (MHA) programs for fall 2024. Full and part-time options are available. Classes are offered online (MHA) and in the evening, face-to-face (MPH). The deadline to apply has been extended through July 1st . Discontinuation of Paper Requisitions for Research Foundation Funded Non-Travel Employee Reimbursements
We’ve gone paperless! The Office of Grants Management and the Procurement, Travel & Card Programs Office will no longer be accepting paper requisitions for RF funded non-travel employee reimbursements (this does not apply to non-employees). Please submit your expense reports for out of pocket non-travel reimbursements through Concur using the RF Non-Travel Policy. Important Deadline for WolfMart Fiscal Year-End
The SUNY fiscal year ends on 6/30/2024. In preparation, please be advised of the following upcoming deadline:
6/21/2024 – WolfMart PunchOut orders from vendors that can guarantee two-day delivery (e.g. WB Mason, Intivity, Fisher, and VWR) should be submitted by this date.
As a reminder, all goods or services must be received no later than 6/30/2024 to be charged to 2023-24. For more important fiscal year end deadlines, please visit the link below. Your cooperation is appreciated.
