Join the Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Each year, the Center for Service Learning and Community Service hosts the annual Courage, Hope, Strength: Breast Cancer Awareness Walk to raise awareness and educate the Stony Brook community about breast cancer. Managing Your Publications & Biosketches – ORCID and SciENcv

University Libraries Presents: Organizing & managing publications, particularly for grant biosketches, can be a challenge. The ORCID project is an international effort to provide every scholarly author a unique identifier. The People Search website has been retired due to reaching its end of life and to enhance security and privacy. Publishing individual contact information created significant risks, including increased exposure to phishing and social engineering attacks. The Center for Italian Studies’ longstanding community Italian language program returns this October with adult non-credit classes at 4 levels: Beginner (Tuesdays, 7 PM); Elementary (Tuesdays, 7 PM); Intermediate (Thursdays, 7 PM); Advanced (Saturdays, 10 AM).
