Foster team collaboration with free online or in-person Alda Center workshop

The Alda Center’s 3-hour workshop, Collaborating across Perspectives, is available to teams this summer and fall. The program promotes collaborative team communication and trust through empathy, and is open to groups of up to 16 people who work together regularly or occasionally. Summer workshops will be online, and teams may schedule in-person sessions toward the end of the calendar year, knowing that the program may be moved online based on University and CDC guidelines.
