Legislative Changes Impacting Procurement at Stony Brook
New procurement guidelines from the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) are now in effect. Non-contract purchases over $75,000 now require OSC review and approval, and a new OSC review and approval threshold of $200,00 is required for purchases off of the Office of General Services (OGS) contracts. Creating the bibliography is often the most tedious part of writing a research paper. Using EndNote, a bibliographic management software program, this task just became much easier.
