About Me

My primary research is in optics with a neuroimaging application. I primarily work with blood oxygenation and flow using functional near infrared spectroscopy and diffuse correlation spectroscopy. I graduated with a B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Stony Brook University. I am currently working in Dr. Ulas Sunar’s lab to develop a way to detect depth-sensitive blood-flow changes in the human brain and add onto existing research on functional near-infrared spectroscopy.

My Research Interests: Signal Processing, functional near-infrared spectroscopy, diffuse correlation spectroscopy, low frequency oscillations
