Here is an case study of the use semiconductors as it relates to the ongoing US-Chinese Hegemonic rivalry. In this project we analyzed how both the US and China are using semiconductors as a way to project power and leverage in the ongoing trade war and disputes between the too nations. By reading and interacting with this website you should understand the background and the why US-Chinese relations are tense, why the semiconductor matters, how this industry effects both countries economic, political and economic power, and finally understand how US-Chinese competing interests have resulted in a perpetuating issue of conflict and negative peace.
