Humans used a special tool called fire. 42000 years ago earth’s magnetic field flipped causing high UV rays because of the thin ozone layer that caused humans to be in caves to protect themselves. Since they were inside they did many cave paintings.

A book called Hello Red Fox shows us how certain colors complement each other and how our mind perceives colors in our minds. When we dream during our sleep we are learning. Circadian rhythm is our natural 24 hour cycle of physical, mental, and behavioral changes, often called the body’s time clock. Discovered by plants by the ancient greeks. Experiments done when the light bolb was invented. With plants circadian rhythm. Still a cycle with the bulb off. When we are born we had no circadian rhythm. No sleep pattern. Jelly fish have circadian rhythm. Demonstrating it is dreaming like its eating a shrimp.

An experiment was done with a rat in a maze. When the Rat was in a maze different parts of the brain were used. The rat was made to sleep and was dreaming of how to get out of the maze called Decoding sleep activation. This is how we learn something new just by sleeping.

Caffeine doesn’t  wake up your brain, it just blocks the receptors thinking you are not sleepy even though you are. Cerebral spinal fluid cleaned out if you feel refreshed after sleep.
