I and My Group
Our group functioned like a well oiled machine. I was able to pinpoint the weaknesses and strengths of each member of my group before they even knew they were in my group. Of course, cohesion wasn’t the only thing that made our group the best. We were all smart enough to know a little about all the topics given to us. We knew which one was the easiest. My job was to gather the group together and make sure our project wasn’t dull or uneven. It was important to note that some of my members did better than others. For example, Badger Mole #3 was seemingly bored with our discussions and frequently checked his phone. Sometimes, BM3 was nowhere to be found and impossible to reach even through mobile communications. However, just when we thought all hope was lost BM3 pulled through with his payload.
As Badger Mole Alpha, I also experienced a certain degree of mistrust within my followers. As the creative genius in the pack, I threw down a myriad of ideas towards Badger Moles #1 and #2. Most of them didn’t make it past the verbal stage. Nonetheless, the ones who did make it to the final electronic stage were the better and more appealing than the ones who didn’t. In a way, it helped that BM1 and BM2 were so prudishly enclosed.
Overall, I think organizing and maintaining a group project increased my specs andĀ attributes as a human. Fare thee well.
