Abilities and Traits

As someone who is focusing on writing as a profession, I am very proficient at creating and writing various articles. This includes the synthesizing of documents necessary for research, weeding out irrelevant information, and presenting research in various forms, both in groups and as an individual. I am also capable of utilizing various applications to enhance articles as I see fit.

I have also studied and practiced the methodology behind the creation of grant proposals and have taken in the independent research project that culminated with a research document that displays the results I’ve found. Additionally, as someone who has participated in many volunteer opportunities, I am able to work well with people that are cooperating to achieve a unified goal.

Additionally, as a student that has experience working with technology, I am proficient with the operation of various Microsoft applications, such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. I’ve also worked in large group projects as well as individual work, making me versatile when it comes to working conditions. Finally, I am fairly proficient at using art-related programs and natural drawing methods to come up with an artistic project, if needed.
