Interesting topic. I think it needs a way to make it a bit more dynamic than looking at the screen captures. Also, I feel as though I only understood what was going on due to your explanation as I looked at the footage. It’s going to be interesting to see into the logistics of scoring Supreme goods.
I think that this is a super interesting project idea. Its from a world that I know nothing about and that alone makes me want to learn more. I like these first raw videos showing the process, but I also think it would possibly be neat to show tracking the product in the mail that you were able to buy, and then opening and explaining what you got when it arrives. I think you could also do some type of voiceover explaining the process and how everything works.
The google drive link was helpful to see what work you have so far. I think a voice over would really help explain this process of buying and selling brand merchandise. If your goal is to inform the audience of how this is done, you might want to explain motivation and the background of this process as well in the video. Good use of screen recording for this.
Its a really cool concept and I like that it is something that is personal to you. I think it would be beneficial to incorporate some images or videos of your own personal items to show how it has expanded over the 8 years you’ve been collecting. I also think that some of the videos are interesting, but might need some voice over to talk about what you’re actually doing and why you’re doing it.
I like the idea and subject matter behind the work. It shows the popularity behind supreme and how the 1 second that it takes for the internet load is the amount of time it takes to have something sold out. An improvement could be adding an audio behind the work. Overall, excellent work!
I really like your idea so far, and it is interesting to see how crazy the current online shopping situation has been since the outbreak of the coronavirus. My only suggestion for now is to add a few voiceover so that the audience may have a better understanding of your motives. I’m looking forward to your complete piece!
