5/2: We are still experiencing issues with getting the Flic buttons to integrate with Unity. However, the game playable via keyboard input. Imported character model into Unity project and mapped animations to Ethan. UI is near complete. Sounds are being chosen and added in.
4/22: Made modifications to the balance board to make it easier to stay balanced for longer periods of time.
4/13: Title Font updated to Latienne Becker Swash, now reflected in UI Drafts page
4/11: Obtained balance board, modifications will be needed as its too difficult as it currently stands. Bluetooth buttons will be used instead of WiiMote. Puzzle level might be pushed back after meeting with Professor Scarlatos.
3/25: Revised Moodboard, Distributed roles for design brief, slight updating to site layout in preparation for brief
3/20: Fleshed out more of how our game is going to look with our Wireframe, and how the game will work with our Flowchart
3/5: Created our Moodboard to give a rough idea of what kind of aesthetic we’re going for. Added our Storyboard to tell the story of a possible user of Don’t Fall
3/2: Decided to change gameplay from a tight rope walker to incorporate the puzzle of the fox, chicken, and grain. With just the tight rope walker, there was a lack of motivation to complete the challenge. The puzzle adds a mental element to the game to make it more engaging.
2/23: Came up with title, ‘Don’t Fall: The Game’ as well as created the team logo. Built out home page, personas, scenarios, and scope of work.
