We are building this product to help ECLI Vibes to make their surveys online rather than on the phone. By doing so, we are making it easier for users to report their things since it will be desktop and mobile-friendly. Our product will allow more people that are in need to find potential solutions due to the fact that the product will suggest other potential options to the user that fits his/her criteria.
