I took inspiration from this photo and wanted to imitate that.

I took a picture of my friend Jack, who kindly agreed to wear white clothes entirely. We went to a small playground around SoHo @ NYC. I got rid of everything except him on the swings & the empty swing on Photoshop. Then I used crop vinaigrette to make it more three dimensional.

To me, this photo represents how scarily vast the world is and we don’t know where to go (or jump to, in this case). It applies to not only children, but adolescents who don’t know what they want to do in life.
