Unphotographable

This is one of the many photos that have gotten away from me. I was on a stroll through SoHo in New York City with my sister. As I looked around the busy streets, I found a baby-blue motorcycle. It was one of those crosses between modern and vintage design. Its owner leaned against it, draped in a classic, casual white tee and blue jeans. In the background was one of those outdoor eating booths, a marking from the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the pastel yellows from the booth perfectly contrasted with the vehicle. And as I was painting the composition in my mind, my sister dragged me away, wanting to head to our next destination.
