Jun Ahn is a contemporary photographer that is well known for her daring self-portraits on ledges. I really enjoy her work because I find that her ability to capture herself in a seemingly delicate and playful way while in the face of immediate threat is completely mesmerizing. Her self-portraits make her seem powerful and free. I chose to feature these two photographs on my blog because I think that the way she appears to be dancing with danger shows a lot of character and tells an interesting story.
