This triptych explores my journey of identity, displacement, and transformation as an international student through memory, place, and personal evolution. It talks about my first flight from Ahmedabad to New York. The first panel captures the emotional weight of leaving home, highlighting the cultural roots shaping my sense of self.

The middle panel depicts my first view of New York City and the feeling of anxiety and excitement.

The final piece reflects my arrival at Stony Brook University, a moment filled with hope and the potential to find a new identity. This work expresses the duality of belonging to two worlds while continuously redefining my sense of home.
