In SB You / WordPress, you can click on a widget to place it in a sidebar, not just drag and drop.
Communication is key. Fearing communication is no way to be a professional worker. By communicating, you can solve problems, keep everyone up-to-date, and avoid future problems.
It is OK to call higher levels of support at home if there are pressing problems.
