As Laboratory Manager for a Marine Radioecology Lab my time is spent training and supervising undergraduate and graduate students in all aspects of Lab radioactivity use.  I assist with logistical design and construction of experimental apparatus, with data gathering and specimen collecting for experimental projects, and  monitor Lab safety and compliance issues.  The Fisher Lab also maintains an extensive collection of stock marine and fresh water algal cultures.  With my upbeat personality I strive to create a serious, yet pleasant Lab environment.
